2000 AD Online
Notes:
2000 AD is a weekly comic which has been a mainstay in the UK since the late 70s. The content was always incredibly cool and edgy and the art is often incredible. Many different styles of art have been used for its various stories over the years. Some very stylised approaches using heavy paintwork and others using more traditional pencil and ink. It was also a breeding ground for prolific UK comic talent such as Neil Gaiman, Alan Moore, Grant Morrison, Dave Gibbins, Alan Grant and Mark Millar. The most famous character from its pages is obviously Judge Dredd but there were dozens, if not hundreds, of other amazing characters and storylines over the decades including Nemesis the Warlock, Bad Company, Slaine, Strontium Dog and Rogue Trooper. The issues pictured to the right are all from 1990.

2000 AD prog 224 from 1981 Judge Death Lives has the most amazing artwork, I still have pages from it. If you watch the Awesome 80s video clip ` Together in Electric Dreams` by Philip Oakey & Giorgio Morodor on Youtube, the singer is wearing a Judge Death t-shirt that says” You have been judged” with Judge Mortis and Death on it.
