The Skedoodle is Hasbro’s answer to the Etch-a-Sketch. The main difference being the curved screen and the joystick controller. An extremely cool looking retro toy and a great deal of fun to play with. I never had this as a child but I’ve had fun giving it a go and using the little template shape guides that come with the Skedoodle.

I had one of those. I loved it. The yellow things are templates. Put one over the joystick and move the stick around the edge of the template to draw a shape. Then you can turn the screen (the black bit around the screen turns the screen by preset clicks) and draw another one. Keep on going to make crazy patterns. I was gutted when mine broke.

Great to hear that you had one! I never actually used one in the past although I knew they existed. I think it’s great and this one still works well to this day.
